Blessing Sale to Provide Safe House for Trafficked Women

The Bakken area is in desperate need of a safe house for victims of human trafficking. Windie Lazenko of 4 Her North Dakota is hard at work to establish such a facility, and residents of Richland County are invited to help.

The annual "Blessing Sale" at Fairview Alliance Church will channel all proceeds to the safe house project for the second year in a row. Last year your generosity provided over $5,000 to 4 Her and we're hoping to exceed that figure this year in order to help meet this urgent need.

This "priceless" rummage sale will be held Saturday, June 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Fairview Alliance Church, 702 Western Avenue, across from Fairview High School. Very few items will be priced as shoppers are encouraged to take whatever they need and contribute whatever they wish. Get a blessing. Give a blessing. Be a blessing.

Donated sale items are welcome and may be dropped off at the church by June 17th. Please contact Pastor Kelly Sloan at 406-742-5425 for additional details. See 4hernd.org for more information on Windie's work.

Windie Lazenko will also be speaking following the sale at 6:30 p.m. and at the Church's 11:00 am Sunday service. Come and learn more about the situation in the Bakken, how you can be alert to the signs of trafficking in your neighborhood, and ways you can be part of the solution.
