Peters To Replace Sidney Sugars Incorporated's Ag Manager Fullmer

Sidney Sugars Incorporated is pleased to announce the promotion of Duane Peters to agricultural manager. Duane will replace Russ Fullmer who after 30 years in the sugar industry will retire in December. This promotion will allow for a smooth transition of leadership in the agriculture department. Duane will manage the activities of district agriculturalists, who are responsible for providing expertise to growers in the production of a high quality beet crop resulting in an increasing in the recoverable sugar per acre. He will report to Sidney Sugars' General Manager David Garland.

Duane has worked for Sidney Sugars Inc. since June 2011. He has an AAS in agriculture and 28 years of experience in the Ag Industry. Prior to his agriculturist role in Sidney, he was Busch Ag Resources Mid-West Barley Operations manager, and 1st Bank ag loan officer, Sidney.

Duane resides in Sidney with his wife Maria. They have three grown children, Darcy, Lyle and Nichole.
