The Newly Opened Wingate Hotel Provides A Luxury Stay And State-Of-The-Art Amenities

The Wingate Hotel by Wyndham opened November 17, 2015 at 1500 South Central Ave in Sidney, offering a number of upscale amenities for those looking for a luxurious stay. After opening the Microtel, also by Wyndham, owners began to hear from the community that there was a need for an upscale hotel that would attract upper-economy based clientele such as business executives. This launched the first of three feasibility studies to determine whether or not an upscale property that offered extensive amenities would thrive in the area. With all three studies concluding there was a need, plans began to make the Wingate a reality.

Guests have access to wireless communications throughout the property with a higher bandwidth, a fitness area, spa, guest laundry services, on-site parking, excellent customer service, and a gourmet complimentary breakfast, which offers more than sixty breakfast choices. There is a boardroom and meeting rooms available with moveable walls allowing for anywhere from fifteen to fifty people, depending on the set up.

"Without question the market has changed over the last year," commented Sparks. "The market is more competitive and demand is down which affects occupancy and rates, but we are confident that staying at the Wingate will be a new experience for consumers.
