Funeral services for Richard C. Wiseman, Jr., 47, of Sidney were held at 2 p.m., Thur., Jan. 21, 2016 at the Fulkerson-Stevenson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Les Anderson officiating. Interment was held at the Sidney Cemetery under the direction of the Fulkerson-Stevenson Funeral Home.
