Reclamation Workshop Set for Feb. 22-23

DICKINSON, N.D. – Dickinson State University and North Dakota State University (NDSU) recognize the need to provide timely, effective reclamation information to affected stakeholders in the Bakken energy development. This is especially true in uncertain economic times. This effort began in February 2013 when the first reclamation workshop was held in Dickinson. This year’s fourth annual workshop is titled “Reclamation: Where Do We Go from Here” and will be held Feb. 22-23, 2016 at the Astoria Hotel & Event Center in Dickinson. The evening session Feb. 22 will highlight keynote speaker Kathy Neset of Neset Consulting. Ms. Neset will provide information, from the perspective of a private oil and gas consultant, on issues related to oil development in North Dakota. Vendors will present their services and/or products in a trade show atmosphere. Registration begins at 3 p.m. with the trade show opening at 5 p.m. and the keynote speaker at 6:30 p.m.
