Watford City's Newest Mainstreet Businesses

Beaver Creek Creations

Beaver Creek Creations, located at 228 North Mainstreet, Watford City, ND is a store for all of your baby and baby gifting needs. Owned by Erin Perry, the store features brands such as Melissa & Doug, Earth Momma Angel Baby and even local crafters that bring homemade items such as blankeys, stick horses and clothing.

Erin Perry decided to open Beaver Creek Creations when her sister-in-law became pregnant and she realized that there was no place in Watford City to buy gifts for babies and small children.

After some hard work and plenty of hours, Erin Perry achieved her goal of having the best place in Watford City to buy baby gifts. She features items such as baby clothing, toys, accessories and much more.

One of Perry's favorite things about running Beaver Creek Creations is interacting with the community and seeing all of the children that come into her store. "I like the store to be a very interactive place for kids, and I have placed toys on the bottom racks of shelves so kids can play while their parents shop."

Future plans for Beaver Creek Creations include expanding clothing for kids and to provide more everyday stuff for moms suchs as bottles and diapers.

B-Bonks Bakery

Rebecca Cambell, a senior in high school, speech member, track star, and also an actress in the upcoming school musical "Wagon's Wheel West", just so happens to own and run a bakery in Watford City, ND. B-Bonks Bakery is located at 301 North Mainstreet.

Growing up, Rebecca always loved to bake, and her parents have raised her and her sisters to push their dreams and make them a reality. The idea for the bakery started as a joke when Rebecca's sister, Tina, said, "Hey, wouldn't it be great if you opened a bakery over the summer?" After that incident, the family helped Rebecca to pursue her dream and open the bakery in only a matter of months.

The bakery first started as a lemonade stand in the front of the building that they are now leasing from NAPA across the street. Rebecca's father fixed up the bakery while her mother helped her with the paperwork and getting things ready. The name for B-Bonks bakery came to be from the childhood nickname that her sister, Tina, had given her and thought it would be perfect and personal.

November 7, 2016, B-Bonks bakery was open and ready for business, ran by Rebecca Cambell and her two sisters, Gemma and Clare, and featuring one of their most popular items; the maple and bacon donut.
