Richey Historical Society Needs Your Support

The Richey Historical Society would appreciate your help in sponsoring our book, “The Long Road Home”. The book will contain approximately a thousand pages and cover 100 years of history. There will be information and stories of the people who homesteaded and settled in the Richey area. It will also include pictures and information of the first Post Office, Railroad, Schools, Businesses, Military Personnel, area Churches and much more.

Our goal is to reach $17,000 by May 15th, 2016. The Historical Society has a 501 (C) (3) non-profit status, which allows any contribution to be tax deductible. A W-9 or a receipt will be given upon request.

In the event that we exceed our goal, the remaining funds will be used for other renovation projects at the Richey Museum.

All sponsors will be given special recognition in the book. Sponsors will be placed in categories based on the amount of their contribution. Other recognition will be given in local newspapers, posters at the Museum and at the High School during the Centennial Celebration.

Please help to preserve the heritage of our community for generations to come by sending your contribution today. “The Long Road Home” will be a helpful resource tool for the classroom as well as the community.

Your sponsorship or donation can be sent to: Richey Historical Society, Box 264, Richey, MT 59259. Or on line at https://igg.me/at/IonA0ymkfDg.
