Golfers Place At State

Area golfers competed at the Class C state meet held last Tuesday and Wednesday.

Joey Bawden of Culbertson shot a 182 for 13th place. Brayden Olson shot a 189 for 21st place. Eric Hendrickson had a 199 for 33rd place. Chase Kilzer had a 216 for 53rd place.

Fairview’s Josh Johnson shot a 225 and Adam Elletson shot a 237. John Helmuth of Richey-Lambert finished with a 241.

In the girls division, Fairview’s Jenna Bieber shot a 230 for 24th place. Scores for the Fusion were Ellie Volbrecht with a 299 and Sydney Brost with a 301.

Scores for Culbertson were Charlee LeMay with a 308 and Michaela Cathey with a 337.
