The Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture has named June Hesser as its new Executive Director. Her first day on the job will be Monday, September 12th. As Director, Hesser will oversee the daily operations of the Chamber, and work with the board and volunteers to ensure programs and services provide the greatest benefit to its many investors.
Hesser is a native of Havre, Montana. With over 17 years of experience as a business owner, the Chamber board is confident that her work will keep its services member-centered. In addition, Hesser’s most recent experience was with the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce. As the Events Manager, she headed up large community events, the monthly “Business After Hours” and the Annual Banquet. She also added new member-driven Chamber services such as the Chamber Business Directory.
“We are very fortunate to have a business leader and community champion step into this position”, explained Kelly Reisig, Search Committee Chair. “Her experience perfectly pairs with the strategic plan of the board to create member-driven services, and strengthen and enhance partnerships throughout the community of Sidney.”
