Celebrate the Lighting of the Bridge Nov. 12 in Fairview

Join the Fairview festivities, Saturday, Nov 12th. The day begins with a craft and vendor show from 10:00am – 3:00pm at the Fairview High School. More than 40 crafters and vendors will be set up in the old gymnasium and cafeteria, and concessions will be available on site provided by the high school Explore America Club. Sidney Gymnastics Club will be performing in the new gymnasium from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.

That afternoon, the public is invited to come to Sundhiem Park and hang large, light-up ornaments in the trees, and warm themselves around the bonfire. There will be horse drawn wagon rides, provided by Katelyn Dynneson from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, and Santa will be there. Zion Luther Lights will have hot chocolate and chili, and Karen and Kevin Boehler will be doing some Christmas Caroling. When the sun sets, the park lights will come on and fireworks will start at 7:00pm. Don't miss this celebration to usher in the Christmas season!
