Richland County Crimestoppers Crime of the Week

This week Richland County Crimestopper is asking for information on a theft that was reported to the Richland County Sheriff’s Office on January 15, 2017. Upon investigation, it was found that on January 14, 2017 the owner of the property had returned after being away since December 22, 2016 to find that a padlock on their garage had been cut. They reported the following items missing from the garage:

Set of 4- 235 X 18 Cooper tires

25 X25 Car Canopy

Cut off saw (unknown make)

Solar lights

Floor jack

Texture gun

Skill saw (unknown make)

Heavy Duty ratchet straps

Small ratchet straps

Battery charger

Bostich pneumatic nailer

A Tote container with misc. work clothing

Total value of items missing is over $3000.00

As with any investigation it is possible that a member of the public saw or heard something that may assist investigators with the investigation of this matter. Crimestoppers believes that someone may have information on the person or persons that took these items from a residence on County Road 126.
