The Sidney Lions Elementary track meet will be held Monday, May 8 at the Sidney High School Track and Field Complex, beginning at 5:30 pm.
This will consist of boys and girls grades 1-6, with the 50 meter, 100 meter and 400 meter dash, high jump, long jump and softball throw.
Running times will start at 5:30 p.m. Place ribbons will be awarded for the top eight finishers in each event. If there is more than one heat of the running event, the top 8 will be decided by time. All participants will receive a participation ribbon if they do not place in an event.
