The Grand Opening of the new terminal and fly in at the Watford City Municipal Airport was well attended. Those who attended were treated to a tour of the Sanford Medical jet, displays of two WWII War Planes from the Dakota Territory Air Museum, free lunch and over 100 kids enjoyed $10 airplane rides. The ribbon cutting, by Lieutenant Governor Brent Sanford, and naming of the new terminal (the James L. Taylor Terminal) was also held. (Photos by Kathy Taylor)
