Richland County Family Planning and the Richland County Coalition Against Domestic Violence sponsored a pumpkin decorating contest to raise awareness about domestic violence and educate about healthy relationships. The winners of the contest are "People's Choice"- Tiffany Bricker, "Domestic violence can turn into a nightmare"; First place-Kerry Wilson, "Violence is dispicable"; Second place-Shelley Carlson, "Don't sugar coat domestic violence"; and third place-Edwin Borg, "Don't get frozen in an abusive relationship. Let it go!"
