Culbertson Mayor Signs Rural Health Proclaimation

On Nov. 15, Culbertson Mayor Larry Crowder, signed a proclamation designating it national Rural Health Day at Roosevelt Medical Center. The day is observed to recognize the critical role small community hospitals play in the health and wellness of their community and its economy and applaud the ongoing efforts, contributions, and collaborations occurring in rural communities to address the unique challenges in accessing and delivering health care services.
