Christmas at the Confluence This Sunday

Spend a delightful afternoon at one of the prettiest spots in the area as the Missouri Yellowstone Confluence Center hosts its annual Christmas get together Sunday, December 9 from 1 to 5 p.m. CST.

Enjoy refreshments, crafts and a visit with Santa plus some great music. Entertainment starts at 1:15 p.m. with the Lisenbee family, followed by Sunrise Brass at 2.

Greg Hager, Pro Cowboy Entertainer of the Year from North Dakota, is the featured entertainment, beginning at 3 p.m. Hager, from rural Valley City, ND is a well known western artist who composes original music that he says "Makes heart and mind connections to encourage, challenge and entertain." In his lengthy singing career, he has become known as a performer who is real and relatable, valuing country roots and recognizing opportunities to make a difference in the world through music. From haunting melodies and thoughtful lyrics to memories of happy days, the music is both a romantic and real perspective of western life.

The Entertainer of the Year Award is presented annually to the individual or group who showed the most overall success in the music industry during the prior calendar year.
