When comedian, ventriloquist and America’s Got Talent Finalist Todd Oliver takes the stage, an unusual troupe joins him: live dogs and stuffed dummies that come to life and speak (yes, even the dogs), delivering the best jokes in Mr. Oliver’s routine.
