Annual Lutefisk And Meatball Dinner, Sat., Feb. 23, Williston, ND

The 86th annual Lutefisk and Meatball Dinner will be held Saturday, February 23 at First Lutheran’s Church Fellowship Hall, 916 Main St., Williston, ND from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until the food runs out.

The people in charge of the arrangements this year are David Brevik and Pat Hamers.

The public is invited to attend, tickets are available at the church office, Monday through Friday. Ticket prices are adults: $18, $15 before February 20; students through Junior High School, $8 and preschoolers are free.

Six hundred men, women and youth are involved preparing, planning and serving the family style dinner. There will be delivery service until 3 p.m., and take-out service from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please call First Lutheran Church, 701-572-6363 on the day of the dinner to arrange these services.

Over 2,800 people were served meatballs and lutefisk at the 2018 dinner. The church will be preparing 2,000 pounds of lutefisk, ½ ton of potatoes for the meal, and 650 pounds of hamburger for meatballs and all the trimmings for the meal.
