Bakken Brew Fest to Feature Mighty Big Jim and the Tall Boys April 20

The Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture is excited to announce that Mighty Big Jim and the Tall Boys will entertain at the eighth annual Bakken Brew Fest on Saturday, April 20, at the Richland County Event Center.

The celebration begins at 7 p.m. VIP ticket holders enjoy early entry at 5:30 p.m.

Mighty Big Jim and the Tall Boys features veteran singer/songwriter Jim Devine, Casey Malkuch on lead guitar and vocals, Jon Redlin on bass and vocals, Jayson Eslick on drums and vocals and Katelynne Eslick providing lead and harmony vocals.

The band first took to the stage together in 2013, and released its first full-length album in February 2017. According to the group's website, band members were heavily influenced by Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, The Allman Brothers and The Band.

Mighty Big Jim and the Tall Boys released "Diamonds and Tears" earlier this year.

According to the band's website, "MBJ and the Tall Boys excel on the stage, bringing exciting energy and a set of songs, any crowd can connect with. The band's musical ability shines on original takes of popular rock n' roll songs. MBJ will captivate the audience with a new classic sound. This is a show you don't want to miss."

Attracting crowds from across Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Saskatchewan, and beyond, the Bakken Brew Fest is a fun time that is looked forward to by many area residents and visitors each year.

This year's tasting event will feature more than 20 breweries and more than 40 microbrews, wines and ciders from Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming and beyond.

Along with the fine selection of beer, participants also enjoy excellent food catered by Meadowlark Public House and Pizza House. General admission tickets are available for $50 or get in early with a VIP ticket for $75. Pre-sale ticket pricing is available through April 12. Sidney Shuttle ride vouchers sponsored by Seitz Insurance and free end-of-night growler fills complete the experience.
