Richland County Crimestoppers Crime Of The Week

On June 14, 2019 the Richland County Sheriff's Office received a report of theft of a pull tilt bed trailer from a business lot near county road 122 and 350 southeast of Sidney. Upon investigating this, it was found that the owner of a 24-foot 2015 Towmaster tilt bed trailer, black in color with a toolbox on the front, noticed around the 5th of June 2019 that it was missing from where it had been parked. A possible witness said that at about the time the trailer went missing they saw a Red Chevy pickup backed up to the trailer. At the time the trailer went missing it had Montana plates 27-2551D on it. The value of the trailer is about $8,500.

As with any investigation it is possible that a member of the public saw, received information or heard something that may assist investigators with the investigation of this matter.
