Buy Your Sunrise Festival Button And Take Advantage Of Savings

The small cost of buying a button for the Sunrise Festival of the Arts this year can easily be made back by taking advantage of the various sale offerings available in Sidney on Saturday, July 13.

Buttons for the Sunrise Festival of the Arts are $4 in advance or $5 the day of the event. Buttons are available at the Sidney Chamber, Stockman Bank, Richland Federal Credit Union and Yellowstone Bank. The event is 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 13 at Veterans Memorial Park.

When people purchase a ticket, they receive a coupon with a list of sales that will occur in Sidney on July 13. You are only eligible for the sales if we wear your Sunrise Festival of the Arts button into the place of business.

The list of 25 participating businesses include a good variety of stores from groceries to clothing to giftware stores to restaurants.

Women’s clothing stops are especially well represented since J’z Fashion Threadz, Meraki Boutique, Peifer’s General Store, Sidney Mercantile, The Merge and Thee Beautique are each offering outstanding sales throughout the day.

The Sunrise Festival of the Arts will feature more than 35 vendors, food booths and a full load of entertainment.

July 13 will be a busy day in Sidney as the Classic Wheels Car Show will take place starting at noon at Moose Park and the annual Sherry and Janae’s Softball Tournament is scheduled at Meadow Park. That night, the softball tournament will hold a dance at the fairgrounds.

Starting at 5 p.m., there will be a Back Yard BBQ Community Event featuring live music, drinks, food and yard games. Coordinating the event are Meadlowlark Brewery, Meadowlark Public House, Mucho Si, Ranger Lounge and Sidney Mercantile. The fun will take place in the back parking lot behind the Meadowlark.
