The Long X Arts Foundation and the Watford City Chamber of Commerce will host their second summer Outdoor Family Movie Night on Friday, August 23, featuring the movie SING in Main Street Watford City.
The event will start at 7 p.m. and will feature a sing along and dance party, free art activities, face painting, games, sidewalk chalk, treats, popcorn and more. The movie will start at dark (around 8:45 p.m.).
Bring your blankets and lawn chairs or, for extra fun, have your child decorate a cardboard box to look like a car to sit in to pretend they’re in an old drive in movie! Beaver Creek Creations will hand out PRIZES FOR THE BEST CARS!
Need help and supplies for the cardboard car? Bring your cardboard box at 7:00 and we can help you make it or join the Art Foundation at Watford Market on August 22 from 5:30-7:30 at the Kent Pelton Nature Park Park. Bring your box and we’ll help you create your car there!
*All children must be accompanied by an adult or responsible caregiver*
