The community was blessed with such an amazing response last year with the hay bale decorations from so many community organizations, nonprofits and more adding to the 4-H clubs, we are doing it again!! Remember it's a Community Event.
Sign up your club, organization, or business to decorate a hay bale display. We also have more locations throughout town to display them!
Hay Bale Decorating Schedule:
Signup Deadline: Sept. 20 - Private Message Marci Lynn Sondeno or Amy Conlin to sign up or if you have any questions. If messaging is not your thing, call Libby at Reynolds Market - 406-433-2305 to sign up.
Set Up: No earlier than Sept. 23, deadline for FINAL SETUP is Sept. 28
Take Down: Displays MUST be taken down and area cleaned up by Nov. 2
Location: Location placement will be made by Sept. 22 to each participating contact person
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place and a People's Choice.
