Aspiring Leaders Encouraged To Attend Nov. 12 Workshop, Watford City

Do you know how many taps of the gavel you need to make to restore order to a meeting? Do you know how to amend a motion? Is your organization subject to open meeting laws? Do you know the best method to deal with conflict in board meetings?
