Dining With Diabetes Classes Starting Soon Sidney March 10

Join MSU/Richland County Extension for a class on how to make tasty foods that won’t knock you off track! Each class will offer different food demonstrations and samplings as you learn about Type II and Pre-Diabetes, carbohydrate, fats, sodium, vitamins, minerals and fiber. This is a free class, but class size may be limited. Classes are on Tuesday, starting March 10-31 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at MSU/Richland County Extension Office Meeting Room, 1499 N Central Ave., Sidney.
