(The following is part of a partnership between the Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture and Richland County Job Service Employers Committee to promote area employers as they seek employees).

Although a grocery store is a busy place, employees at Reese and Ray's IGA in Sidney also make sure that they can share a laugh or two during their day.

"Everybody tries to have a fun time," IGA's manager Kelly Burke said. "We all try to make it a fun atmosphere. We laugh and kid with each other."

Burke joked, "They laugh that they don't see me smile. Sometimes, I just forget to smile because I have so much to do."

Reese and Ray's IGA in Sidney employs 55 individuals. Currently, IGA seeks someone to work the service center during the day and someone to be a checker during the day.

The store features many long-time employees including Ricky Tobiason, who has been working there since he was in high school.

"I wouldn't trade Ricky for anything," Burke said.
