Eastern Montana Business Webinars - Human Rights Presentation

The next presentation of Eastern Montana Business Webinars is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24 at 10 a.m.

Andria Hardin from the Montana Human Rights Bureau will present “Human Rights Bureau & Discrimination Basics”. Ms. Hardin is the trainer and targeted equitable relief coordinator for the Montana Human Rights Bureau. Prior to taking on this role, she investigated and mediated cases of discrimination in employment, governmental services, public accommodations, housing, and other protected areas of Montana law.

In this presentation, businesses will learn the function of the Montana Human Rights Bureau and the administrative process used to handle complaints of discrimination in Montana. Ms. Hardin will help businesses gain a general understanding of the state and federal laws enforced by the Bureau so that they can better protect themselves against discrimination and retaliation complaints as an employer.

There will be time at the end of the presentation for questions.

Registration is required for each webinar. Employers wanting to register can call Job Service Sidney at 406-433-1204 and a link can be emailed. The registration link can also be found on Job Service Sidney’s Facebook page at facebook.com/jobservicesidney.
