Rough Rider Center Rec Show Scheduled For March 26-28

The Watford City Rough Rider Center will be hosting its annual Rec Show Friday, March 26, 3-8 p.m., Saturday, March 27, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., and Sunday, March 28, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. This three-day event will feature vendors with products ranging from fishing tackle, hunting accessories, boats, RVs, ATVs, and much more. Admission is $5 per person.

Kylee Roff, RRC Business Development Manager, is excited to have the opportunity to put on this event. “Getting back to somewhat normal is very exciting.”

“Our inaugural show was in 2019 where we sold out our space. For the 2020 show, we doubled the size but ended up having to cancel due to COVID-19. We will also be using twice as much space as we did in 2019 for the event this year,” said Roff.

The goal for the event is to get the community into the facility to enjoy the activities they offer. This event gives attendees the opportunity to explore the different outdoor recreational activities that are such a big part of so many people’s lives in the spring, summer and fall.

“As with all of our events, the Rough Rider Center is the perfect venue for social distance for any event or activity we have. The facility is large and spacious giving ample social distancing opportunities, should that be a concern for anyone. Our goal is for every customer to have a quality experience,” added Roff.

Exhibit space is available for Rec vendors - to register for exhibit space return a registration form to Kylee at [email protected] or by mail with payment enclosed to Rough Rider Center, PO Box 1739, Watford City, ND 58854.
