Horizon Resources employees (L to R:) Lyle Peters, Bruce Prevost and Bitsy Rongen help service up the ice cream for the free root beer floats for Thursday's Co-op Day at the 100th Anniversary of the Richland County Fair and Rodeo held Aug. 4-7. Free root beer floats were served at 4 p.m. and free ice cream pushups were served at noon.
