Memorial services for Norma Mitten, 88 of Billings, MT formerly of Skaar, ND are at 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 2, 2022, at the Fulkerson-Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Sidney with Pastor Tim Tharp of the Grace Lutheran Church officiating. Inurnment with Military Honors by the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard and the V.F.W. Post #4099 of Sidney will be in the Sidney Cemetery, Sidney, MT under the care of the Fulkerson-Stevenson Funeral Home of Sidney.

Norma passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at her home in Billings, MT.
