Speech, Debate & Drama Team Competes at Dawson County Meet

The Team Competed against 14 schools and over 200 competitors at Dawson High School. The Speech and Debate Team placed 2nd and the Drama Team placed 4th.
Speech and Debate Results: Original Oratory: 2nd Colten Dahl; Impromptu Speaking: 2nd Mackeijan Gonzalez, 3rd Colten Dahl; Extemporaneous Speaking: 5th Oliver Slade, 6th Kyle Pust; Public Forum Debate: 4th Ivy Cross & Kenny Damm.
Drama Team Results: Dramatic Solo: 2nd Emma Cundiff, 6th Cayla Hanson; Humorous Solo: 6th Cedar Hovde; Dramatic Theatre: 7th Brooke Watson & Whisper Enriquez.
The team will be at Pella Lutheran Community Room on Jan. 15 at 2 p.m. for a public performance. It is a free will donation and open to the public. Deserts and coffee will be served. Come check out how awesome these students are!
