An 8-hour Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) ServSafe course will be held Friday, May 19 at Dawson County Courthouse Community Room (basement), Glendive. The course runs from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and is taught by former registered sanitarian Kevin Pena.
The cost of the course is $150, which includes a textbook and answer sheet to complete the CFPM exam on that same day. Participants must register no later than April 28. Payment will be due no later than April 28, and payment is required in order to guarantee your seat. Registration caps at 35 people. Lunch will be on your own, but some snacks and beverages will be provided.
