The Montana Public Service Commission hosted a listening session in Sidney to allow interested members of the public to comment on a recent request from Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. to raise its electric service rates. The meeting was held July 25 at the MSU Extension building. Comments were provided in person, by phone and video conference.
