Daemon Dean Johnston Benefit Spaghetti Feed Sunday

Chris and Kayla Johnston's son Daemon Dean was born August 7th, 2024, and was receiving care at Seattle Children's Hospital due to birth complications. He is now home with his family, but bills do not wait for extended hospital stays. The Savage community has pulled together to support the Johnston's with an online silent auction, starting Sept. 9 at 9 a.m. and ending Sept. 15 at 5:30, and a free will spaghetti feed this Sunday, Sept. 15, from 3-6 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church in Savage.

The auction can be found at ww.daemondean.weebly.com and will conclude during the spaghetti feed, at 5:30 p.m. Registration and bidding will take place on the website. The over 45 donated prizes include National Finals Rodeo Tickets, donated by Lori Norby, A Nikita Roberts Photography gift card, donated by her, multiple handmade towels, blankets, pillows and pillowcases, 3 yards of concrete from Red-e-Mix, baskets from locals and businesses, and many other amazing offerings to help the Johnston's concentrate on caring for Daemon.

Daemon's medical journey is not quite over and while he will be in at his benefit, Chris and Kayla request no kisses, touching, but lots of adoration from a distance as he is still fragile.

A photo booth for family pictures and dessert will also be offered at the Daemon Dean Free Will Spaghetti Feed and Silent Auction. All are invited to enjoy "food, good company, and some fun", according to the Deamon Dean Johnston & Family Benefit Facebook page.
