    Members of the community met at the Richland County Courthouse steps on Friday, January 23, 2015, to participate in a Candlelight Vigil for Loved Ones Lost to Drugs, Alcohol and Tobacco. Over $400 was raised for the Adult Treatment Court graduation traditions.
