    The three winning candidates for the government review board were sworn in Monday, Nov.18 at the Sidney City Council meeting. Wade Whiteman, Jordan Mayer and Janet Sergent are now tasked with reviewing Sidney's form of government and making recommendations for improvement if needed.     On a cold snowy Saturday afternoon, the Fairview Warriors welcomed the Scobey Spartans to Starr Field for a semi-final matchup with a trip to the championship on the line.
