Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning at Extended Care, some of the residents get their hair fixed up. According to activities director, Kris Radke, 10-13 residents get their hair done each day.
A number of volunteers take time out of their day to come to the Extended Care Beauty Shop and do hair for the residents.
One of the volunteers, Cecelia Thiel, has been volunteering her time to the beauty shop for 28 years. The volunteers all come in on different days, like Daneilia Benton, who comes in every other Thursday.
