Bakken Investor Conference Highlights Emerging Investment Opportunities in Bakken

The 3rd Annual Bakken Investor Conference brings together oil and gas companies and investors along with real estate developers and investors to connect and explore emerging investment opportunities in the Bakken Shale play.

The conference affords the attendees the advantage to: Discover high growth investment opportunities, identify investments with unique revenue models, obtain the latest data on market conditions and development activities in the Bakken, connect with high-level executives and company representatives and engage in valuable face time with qualified professionals.

“This conference not only provides information about the current business climate, but also it connects companies to investors, and investors to companies and projects,” said Jeff Zarling, President, Dawa Solutions Group. “The conference is not just about getting information; it’s about making valuable contacts and identifying strategic partners to get deals done.”

The attendees at this conference consist of oil and gas companies, public traded and privately held companies, analysts and fund managers, institutional and private investors, real estate investors, real estate developers, wealth managers and other accredited investors.

Of particular interest, accredited investors have the advantage of exposure to both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. With the economic expansion in the Williston Basin, many oil and gas companies and real estate developers are looking for accredited investors seeking the potential for higher rates of return.

The oil and gas industry contributed more than $30.4 billion to North Dakota’s economy in 2011, according to a study by North Dakota State University researchers for an economic impact study commissioned by the North Dakota Petroleum Council. In 2012, the cities of Williston, Dickinson and Minot had building permit valuations of $440 million, $307 million and $247 million respectively. Factor in Watford City, Stanley and Tioga and the value of construction activity in western North Dakota was well over $1 billion. The Bakken Investor Conference brings together these industry players and their investors to connect and continue to fuel the economic activity.

Hosted by Dawa Solutions Group and Sleep Inn & Suites Minot, the conference will be held April 24 through April 26, 2013 at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Minot, North Dakota. For more information on the conference, go to http://www.BakkenConference.com.
