Public Invited to Comment on Proposed Allocation Plan

The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) is inviting the public to comment on proposed changes to the State's Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program 2015 Qualified Allocation Plan during a public hearing to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2014, at NDHFA's Bismarck office, 2624 Vermont Ave.

Either written or oral comments will be accepted at the hearing. Individuals who are unable to attend the hearing may submit written comments to Sylvia Burgess at [email protected] or NDHFA, PO Box 1535, Bismarck, ND 58502-1535 by 5 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2014.

The proposed allocation plan will be available online by Oct. 17, 2014, at http://www.ndhfa.org.

Persons needing accommodation to attend the hearing should call (800) 292-8621 or (800) 366-6888 (TTY) by Oct. 30, 2014.

The Industrial Commission of North Dakota, consisting of Governor Jack Dalrymple, who serves as chairman, Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring and Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, oversees the NDHFA.
