The Richland County Health Department and partners will be conducting the county-wide door-to-door Community Health Assessment on June 8, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Volunteers will be walking in designated neighborhoods within Richland County to collect survey information from residents. Volunteers will not be entering residences and will not be asking for personal information.
In order to volunteer there are certain expectations for volunteers to meet. Volunteers will be placed in teams of two. Volunteers are preferred to be over the age 18 and need to be of high mobility and able to walk and stand for a period (15+ minutes) and distance (1-4 blocks). Volunteers under 18 are required to be accompanied by a legal guardian. A safety vest and name badge will be provided and required to wear on the outside of clothing at all times when in the field.
If you would like to volunteer, please call Rita at the Richland County Health Dept. 406-433-2207.
