1. Build an emergency kit.
2. Create an Emergency plan–Very important.
3. Shelter in Place – basement or bathroom.
4. If in a camper or RV go to your nearest shelter.
Look for danger signs including: dark, often greenish sky; large hail; a large, dark, low-lying cloud (particularly if rotating); and, a loud roar, similar to a freight train. If you see approaching storms of any of the danger signs, be prepared to take shelter immediately.
