Richland County and the State of Montana have completed the Draft copy of our new 2024 Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan.
The plan looks at Eastern Montana as a whole, as well as each individual County, and helps to identify natural and man-made disasters while assisting in identifying projects that can be done to help mitigate the dangers of those disasters.
The plan will be in draft stage for approx 2 weeks, and we invite anyone to review it and encourage public comment on its accuracy and content.
