Frank Axtmann, 72, Watford City, ND, passed away on Monday April 30, 2024, at the McKenzie County Health Hospital in Watford City with his daughter by his side.
A memorial service for Frank will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 1 p.m. at the Fulkerson Stevenson Memorial Chapel, Watford City, with Mark Honstein officiating.
