    HELENA, Mont. – The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) would like to remind water right owners that the deadline for filing a claim on exempt water rights is June 30, 2019 – just four weeks away.     The quarterly oil and gas lease sale conducted by the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is scheduled for December 4, 2012, in Helena.
