    On the evening of August 23, 2021, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing 2-year-old from a rural residence located west of Fairview. Subsequently it was determined that the child wandered away from the family residence. After approximately a 4-hour search the child was located and taken to Sidney Health Center to be checked out as the child had been subjected to the elements.     Nearly three weeks after the disappearance of Montana resident Nicole Waller law enforcement officials from several jurisdictions continue to work together to aggressively investigate the case and pursue all leads.
