    Washington - The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has developed a simplified direct loan application to provide improved customer experience for producers applying for loans from the Farm Service Agency (FSA).     HELENA, Mont.— Three bills giving voters more opportunity to weigh in on property taxes will be heard in the Senate Taxation Committee tomorrow morning. Senate Bills 251, 291, and 292 work together to ensure voters clearly approve of local bonds and mill levies that raise their property taxes. All three bills are sponsored by Sen.
