While here on Tuesday, March 22, Daines toured the recently constructed Lewis and Clark Power plant.     BNSF Railway, Montana’s primary freight carrier, has announced a decrease in its tariff rates for shipments of wheat in the Northern states.     For all intents and purposes, Sidney Gymnastics had the 2015-2016 Montana “debut” of its competition team at the State Gymnastics Championships held in Kalispell, MT on March 19th and 20th. During the general season, SGC competes primarily in North Dakota because the Montana gyms are all far away.
