    Starting on Tuesday, Dec. 1, volunteers will be needed to ring bells, hold red kettles, and collect donations at Reynolds Market and Reese and Ray's IGA, Sidney. The Salvation Army is looking for volunteers to hold 2-hour shifts from Dec. 1-23. Volunteers would be needed from 4-6 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturdays.
