Memorial service for Katherine “Sam” Rigney will be 10 a.m., Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the Fulkerson Memorial Chapel. Interment of cremains will be in the Richland Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Fulkerson Funeral Home of Sidney.
