Kurt Giebler supplied kites to participants at the annual Kite Festival at Tobacco Gardens. This year's event also included a candy drop, a candy cannon and kites for sale. Taking part in the parachute race are (L-R) Julissa Santos of Watford City, Maddox Kottingham of Williston and Angela Kobeski of Watford City.
